Kindness isn't a soft skill here — it's the whole job. Every interaction, even a difficult one, is an invitation to make someone's day gentler.

  • Smile.
  • Stay calm.
  • Listen before responding.
  • Be patient.
  • Never argue or become defensive.
  • If you don't know the answer, ask.
